One of the 2-page SVG Kit Club. I don't have any Girl Scouts but this page was too cute not to do it. I found that the blond girl can become a boy if you leave off the back hair and trim the black or dark brown layer to remove pigtails. The cookies look good enough to eat.

Lego Fun
Love this file, I know I will use this one many times. Lego Fun I used the file pretty much as is except for color. I did add an extra black offset on the title to set it off from the page. I use scotch foam squares on the blocks so I could still get my pictures behind the blocks. Hope you try this one for all those Lego pictures you have.

One of the Family
The base paper I used was from StudioCalico.com the Classic Calico collection, get it calico for cat. Well I do not have a cat but I did need a layout for this post so I choose one of the 2-page layout from the ppbndesigns members svg files. Love that I get 30 layouts in a month, yes not all of them work for my pictures but I scrap for all my family so they will all get uses. I changed the colors around on this one because my daughter wanted a orange kitty. Other than pop dots and some ribbon the rest was from the file. One of the Family-Cat

Do You Wanna Build a Snowman?
Such a cute file Do You Wanna Build a Snowman? It is one of the 2 page layout file for this month with the SVG Scrapbook Membeship. I used different colors and really like how it came out. These files can be cut on all the machines that cut svgs. I love how easy they are to put together and still have a great page.

Love is in the Air
Used the file pretty much as it was. I added 5x8 mats instead of the smaller one. The gift bag and the envelope in the right corner were in my stash. File is Love is in the Air. Hope you enjoy.

Believe Christmas Layout
Merry Christmas Everyone, Happy Holidays and Happy New Year!
File is from the Silhouette Store Believe by PPbNDesigns.com. The paper used is from Echo Park I had left over from the Merry Christmas line. I added some pearls on the Believe for something extra and inked my edges with Powder Puff chalking ink from Quick Quotes. Pretty simple and a very fast layout. Hope everyones holidays are happy and safe!

Hey Diddle Diddle layout
Love how this layout came out. I used both the Cricut Explore and the Silhouette Cameo on this, yes they do play well together. Both machines have their place and I have found both machines have good features and things that can be improved upon. The Once upon a time title was cut with the Explore, the cutting was fantastic the only problem I found was I can't change the colors of the layers so I used my copics to change some of the colors in it. The cow is from Too Cute By Jessica because Nikki doesn't have a cow for the set yet and I was impatient. I made the photo frames by combining two rectangle shapes. The rest of the Hey Diddle Diddle pieces are from PPbNDesigns links to follow Hey Diddle Moon (cut on Cameo), Hey diddle dish and spoon (Explore), Hey diddle fiddle (Explore) and a Peachy Keen stamped face, Hey diddle cat (Explore) and all the other shapes were cut with the Cameo with shapes from the Silhouette store. I wrote the poem in the white space because I just couldn't leave it white. The little disks are perler beads melted and stuck on with Glossy accents.
Place Perler bead on baking sheet with either a silicon mat or parchment paper standing up. Oven preheated to 400 degrees. Bake for 12 minutes turn off oven and allow beads to cool in oven.

This is the pack I used
|
I found that the different types and colors melt differently. The pearlized ones in this pack took two times in the oven to close up and still looked funny. The stripped ones are so cute with the two colors. Try this just for fun if you have some Perler beads around. They do stink while cooking so beware.

O Christmas Tree
The files I use are car with Christmas tree, O Christmas Tree, North Pole Sign, and Colorful Christmas Tree. The paper I used was from BoBunny the Candy Cane Lane collection. This is two sided so I had plenty of choices. I choose to cut my paper in half and put back together from 1/2 of another sheet. I then choose a paper for the borders, The photo corners are from the Silhouette store. The 2014 is the Candy Cane font from the Silhouette store. Hope you are have a Blessed Christmas season. I bought the paper in OKC, OK at a cute shop called Paper Crown her web site is www.papercrown.net.

Happy Turkey Day!
I am the guest designer for Die Cuttin' Divas this week and the challenge is Thanksgiving.

Design ID #51289 in the Silhouette Store, or look under designer PPbN and you can find it plus a lot of other cute designs. The paper I used is Flourish Fusion by the Paper Studio. I cut two papers in half and cut the third paper into thirds using it to glue the other two paper together for a 12 x 12 paper again. The doily cut under the turkey is a Silhouette store file that I stretched oblong to fit my turkey. The tag in the upper right hand corner is hand cut a hole punched and ribbon added.
I hope everyone has a fantastic Thanksgiving and a Blessed day with family. Thank you for coming to my blog.

Gobble Gobble Thanksgiving layout
Gobble Gobble!
Well, Halloween is over so I have started on Christmas and Thanksgiving layouts. I do not scrap in order always because I am trying to catch up on a few books and still keep up on the current books. This paper is pretty old from my stash, but since I have vowed to either use my stash or get rid of it I decided I could use these two papers. I had to cover the bow on page one because I wanted to turn the paper around to change things up on the layout. The Cute Turkey worked well since it was fat. Other files used on page one were Gobble Gobble Title, leaves were just taken from the title and made larger, and the Pilgrim owl (indian owl).

On page two I used Pilgrim Boy, Pilgrim Girl, Thanksgiving pie, Pumpkin, the date was just a font on my computer.
I changed a paper that I wasn't using into a cute layout. Really shows how my scrapbooking has changed over the 40 some years I have been doing this, I never buy papers with frames on it already anymore, I create my own designs and layouts now.

Halloween layout
Ok, I love pink, purple and lime green so that is what I used on this page. Decided Halloween didn't need to be orange and black. The file I used is from PPbN Designs Halloween scrapbook page kit. This makes it so easy to complete a page in a short time. Hope you have a wonderful week and enjoyed this weeks project. Today is my 35th wedding anniversary, I am lucky to be married to my best friend. Love you hubby! Going to spend the day with him.

Off to 9th Grade
Hello, it is Janice from Craft Place here with a new layout from PPbN Designs. School started last week so I did this layout for my daughter. This is my youngest child's first day in high school. The file I used is Off to 9th Grade and the calculator is from Off to 7th Grade.
Finished layout

This is the printed page I set up in DE of my Silhouette software. I choose digital paper for each piece and set my page up to print. I had no cut lines so I could print the whole page and not worry about having the registration marks. I printed on my Epson wf-7520. To add some dimension to the page I used Glossy accents on the backpack front, stars and added dots on the letters. To finish my page I added the photos and the pieced pencil and calculator (which I added some Glossy accents to as well). Hope you enjoy and have a fantastic week.

I'm Nuts For You!
Happy Monday everyone. I scrapbooked some pictures of my favorite 3 year old. The file is I'm Nuts For You! and I'm Nuts For You Squirrel. I made the titles under pictures by welding my text to a small rectangle right in the DE software. The little signature was scanned from a picture she gave me. I wanted to document her signature for later on. Simple layout but I like how it turned out.

Sisters Frozen Layout
My beautiful grand-daughters had to have their hair braided to go with their shirts. Claire one braid and Julia two braids. As soon as I saw the Anna and Elsa files I knew I would have to make them, so detailed and cute, I love them. The files I used were Snow Queen 2, Frozen Princess 2, Sisters Title with a font off my computer for the names. I had a little trouble with the eyes on Anna but by the time I got to Elsa I had figured them out. I was trying to make it too hard instead of just following the direction.
